Link New Group is seeking a dedicated Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Bojonegoro. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for driving efficiency and safety in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel procurement.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Assist in the preparation of fleet reports and documentation.,Support the Fleet Manager in implementing and maintaining fleet policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization of fleet-related training and workshops.,Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all fleet-related tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle is a plus.
