In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, assisting the Store Operator in managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Operator in managing inventory, including stock taking, ordering, and restocking.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist with cash handling and transactions.,Support the Store Operator in training and developing new team members.,Assist with any additional tasks as required by the Store Operator.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist with the preparation and presentation of the store for opening and closing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
