📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain frozen and chilled stock to ensure optimal freshness and quality.
• Monitor temperature and humidity levels to comply with food safety standards.
• Perform regular stock checks and reconcile inventory using systems like SAP.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing stock, including packing and labeling.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and customer demands.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper handling of perishable goods.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food retail industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures, including HACCP principles.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, such as SAP or similar ERP software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Valid food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in food safety or inventory management a plus.
