📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Manage recruitment and selection processes,Oversee employee onboarding and training programs,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Conduct performance appraisals and employee development,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with recruitment and selection best practices,Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation strategies
