📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.
  • Ensure a pleasant and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor store performance and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.
  • Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the corporate team to achieve company goals and objectives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management tools.
