Berkah Sari Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Operational Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. As the Lead Operational Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train restaurant staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff productivity.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including food costs, labor costs, and overhead expenses.,Ensure that the restaurant meets its quality and service standards, and address any issues that arise.,Work with the management team to develop and implement new initiatives and strategies to improve the restaurant's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, including management experience.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, as well as restaurant management best practices.,Proficient in using restaurant management software and other relevant technology.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
