📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to high-net-worth clients, ensuring their shopping experience is memorable and tailored to their preferences.
• Assist clients in selecting and purchasing luxury fashion items, offering expert advice and recommendations.
• Manage inventory and ensure the boutique is well-stocked with the latest Celine collections.
• Promote Celine products and services through in-store events, social media, and other marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized boutique, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury fashion industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the luxury fashion industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to travel frequently to different boutique locations.
• Passion for luxury fashion and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
