Resto Fajar Bakery is seeking a dedicated Operational Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for baking. This is a full-time position located in Jember, Jawa Timur. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, including bakers, cashiers, and delivery personnel.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular staff training and development activities.,Prepare and maintain operational reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of baking processes and quality standards is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
