Account Receivable Senior Officer

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage the company's receivables, ensuring timely payments from clients
• Follow up on outstanding invoices, negotiate payment terms, and resolve any discrepancies
• Work closely with the sales and project management teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Analyze and report on receivables performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and minimize delinquencies
• Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivables transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 3 years in a senior role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in the real estate industry
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus
