📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting cycle for assigned F&B clients, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP and local regulations.
• Manage client relationships, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their financial needs are met.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and support business growth initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve processes and services.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of accounting policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a full-set accounting role within the F&B industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local Indonesian accounting regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience working in Bali or a similar tropical location is a plus.
