Manage and supervise the team to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure the safety and well-being of the team and customers.,Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Plan and organize routes and schedules efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor and report on team performance and operational efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Train and develop the team to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in logistics or transportation.,Proven track record of managing teams and ensuring operational efficiency.,Good knowledge of local routes and regulations in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with logistics software and tools is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
