📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data related to HR activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.,Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and databases.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a plus.
