Director of Religious Development (Direktur Pembinaan Keagamaan)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement religious guidance and education programs to promote interfaith understanding and harmony.
• Coordinate with religious leaders, community organizations, and government agencies to ensure the successful implementation of religious development initiatives.
• Oversee the development and execution of community development projects that address the needs of diverse religious communities.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of religious development initiatives on the community to ensure their effectiveness and relevance.
• Represent the Provincial Government of Bangka Belitung in religious and community development forums and events.
• Work closely with the provincial government's religious affairs department to ensure alignment with government policies and objectives.
• Foster partnerships with local and national religious organizations to strengthen the province's religious development efforts.
• Stay informed about trends and best practices in religious development and community building to inform the development of innovative and effective initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies, Theology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in religious development, community building, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing religious guidance and education programs.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with religious leaders, community organizations, and government agencies.
• Knowledge of and experience working with diverse religious communities in Indonesia.
• Familiarity with the provincial government's religious affairs policies and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
