📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and commercial invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues related to export orders.
• Assist in the preparation of export shipments, including packaging and labeling.
• Monitor and update export sales data in our ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new export business opportunities.
• Stay informed about international trade policies and regulations, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Provide support to the export sales team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of export sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales administration or a similar role.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
