As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.,Assist with reservations and table arrangements for customers.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.,Assist with inventory management and restocking of reception area supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with customer service software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods.
