📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality products and services at competitive prices.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure the company's procurement needs are met efficiently.,Prepare and analyze purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and negotiations to secure the best deals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
