Rejeki Putri Mart is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a strong understanding of the retail industry. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home while maintaining a strong connection with the office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Assess training needs and design programs to meet those needs,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training,Collaborate with managers and department heads to ensure training aligns with business goals,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the retail industry,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other training software,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
