📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including staff management and inventory control.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage financial performance and prepare monthly reports.,Lead and mentor a team of pharmacists and support staff.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.,Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems.,Experience in marketing and customer relationship management.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
