Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and cook high-quality food according to recipes and standards.
  • Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Participate in menu development and cost control.
  • Provide excellent customer service to kitchen staff and management.
