📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing team, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care.,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and safety.,Educate and mentor junior nurses and other healthcare staff on best practices and standards of care.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.,Monitor and evaluate patient progress, and make appropriate referrals and interventions as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the nursing team's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.,Certification as a Lead Nurse or a similar leadership role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, standards of care, and healthcare regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience in a similar leadership role in the healthcare industry is a plus.
