As a leading food and beverage establishment in Seminyak, we are looking for someone who can create delicious and innovative pastries that delight our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry making and a passion for creating unique and high-quality desserts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts, to meet customer demand and restaurant requirements.,Assist in the development and testing of new pastry recipes to ensure quality and consistency.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage and equipment, to ensure food safety and efficiency.,Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the safety and quality of all pastries.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food service.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve pastry-making skills and techniques.,Assist in the management of inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure adequate supplies for production.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and addressing their needs and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven ability to create and bake high-quality pastries with attention to detail and consistency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with baking equipment and techniques, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.,Experience with gluten-free, vegan, or other specialty diets is a plus.,Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed to meet customer demand.
