📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service and support.,Manage and follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely and accurate communication with potential clients.,Support the sales process by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.,Maintain and update the company's sales database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Assist in the organization and coordination of sales meetings, events, and activities.,Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and other logistical needs.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales manager.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
