    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Lead or similar role, preferably in the HR or HR technology domain.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and data management concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
