The National University of Singapore (NUS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Engagement Outreach to join our Graduate Studies team in Canggu, Bali. This is a 2-year contract position with a competitive salary package. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing student engagement and outreach efforts, ensuring a vibrant and inclusive academic community.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic outreach programs to attract and engage prospective students.,Collaborate with the Graduate Studies team to enhance student recruitment and retention strategies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, industry partners, and educational institutions.,Organize and execute high-profile events, such as information sessions, open houses, and networking events, to promote the university's graduate programs.,Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Foster a diverse and inclusive environment that values and celebrates differences.,Represent NUS at various national and international education fairs and conferences.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the Engagement Outreach team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education, student recruitment, or outreach.,Proven track record in developing and executing successful outreach strategies.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and project management skills.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Experience in managing teams and mentoring staff.,Understanding of the higher education landscape in Indonesia and the Asia-Pacific region.
