Space Mart Sentosa is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Store Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will work closely with the store manager and other team members to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Oversee inventory control, including stock taking, ordering, and reordering.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor store performance metrics and report to the store manager.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Participate in store promotions and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing store operations effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software.,Good knowledge of retail industry practices and trends.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
