📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure they meet performance standards and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that staff are aware of and adhere to these policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store, including driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in retail management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
