📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment to prepare a variety of coffee drinks
• Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Prepare and serve food items to complement our coffee offerings
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing their needs
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the café
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry
• Proficiency in operating espresso machines and other coffee equipment
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with food preparation and service is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
