📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee a diversified portfolio of mining assets, including exploration, development, and production projects
• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize asset value and minimize risk
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and sustainability
• Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations to support investment decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and industry partners
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform strategic decision-making

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations, asset management, or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing mining projects from exploration to production
• Strong understanding of mining regulations, environmental standards, and social responsibility principles
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in the use of mining software and tools, such as Surpac, Vulcan, or similar
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
