📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage high-impact scientific projects focused on natural resource conservation and sustainable development.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies using advanced GIS and remote sensing tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate scientific findings into policy and decision-making processes.
Conduct field research and data collection to support project objectives.
Publish and present research findings to stakeholders and the public.
Mentor and develop junior scientists and researchers.
Stay current with the latest advancements in environmental science and technology.
Represent the company at industry conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Environmental Science, Geography, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental science, GIS, or remote sensing.
Proven track record of leading scientific projects and managing teams.
Strong proficiency in GIS software (QGIS, ArcGIS) and remote sensing tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in Indonesian and English.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
