📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement food security projects aligned with national and international standards.
• Conduct assessments and analyses to identify food security challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with local farmers, governments, and NGOs to design and execute sustainable farming initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
• Provide technical assistance and training to farmers on sustainable agricultural practices.
• Leverage GIS and remote sensing tools to analyze spatial data and inform decision-making.
• Participate in capacity building programs to enhance the skills of local stakeholders.
• Report on project outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders and donors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Security, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food security, agriculture, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of sustainable agricultural practices and food security principles.
• Proficient in using GIS and remote sensing tools such as QGIS, ArcGIS, and ENVI.
• Excellent project management and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in food security or related fields is a plus.
• Experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment and with local communities.
