📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, taking into account production cycles and operational needs.
• Manage cleaning supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and develop housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping or facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certification in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning software and tools, such as SAP Hygiene or similar systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the manufacturing industry.
