📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of the operating room, including setting up equipment and sterilizing instruments.
• Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as directed by the surgical team.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during all phases of surgery.
• Work closely with the surgical team to maintain a sterile environment and follow surgical protocols.
• Assist in the post-operative care of patients, including monitoring recovery and administering pain management.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operating Room Nurse or similar role in a healthcare facility.
• Certification as an Operating Room Nurse from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and medical terminology.
• Proficiency in using operating room equipment and surgical instruments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
