📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Train and develop retail staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of inventory.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional events.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support the overall business objectives of Sambal Bakar Indonesia.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role in a high-performance retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, or similar tools.
