📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, milk-based drinks, and specialty coffees.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Ensure the café is clean and organized, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing their needs promptly.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques, continuously improving your skills.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Follow health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, including espresso, pour-over, and other techniques.
• Familiarity with coffee machines and equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Valid food handler certification preferred.
