📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and Indonesian GAAP standards.
• Manage tax compliance activities, including tax planning, preparation, and filing of tax returns for clients.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to clients, helping them make informed business decisions.
• Supervise and mentor junior finance and accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in accounting and tax regulations, and provide guidance to the team.
• Collaborate with the audit team to ensure the integrity of financial information and support the firm's audit engagements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to enhance the firm's operational efficiency.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax, with a focus on public accounting or advisory services.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
