📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement interior design plans, ensuring they align with project specifications and client requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and technical aspects.
• Use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create detailed design drawings and models.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure designs are executed accurately.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in interior design and construction.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, highlighting the technical and aesthetic merits of the proposed solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in design and technical aspects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design and technical engineering.
• Proven experience with interior design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant green building certifications is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
